This book is great for someone getting into bodybuilding or just wanting to look great. Advanced bodybuilders will probably already know most of the content in here but its still a great book to have. Its got everything you need to know, the diet to get you ripped and about 725 pages of different exercises and how to perform them correctly. I highly recommend this book even if you are an advanced lifter, you will still find something helpful in this book.

One of the best books on strength training I have ever read. Stoppani is not the only person who can teach us all of this, but I do enjoy having this book as a reference, and I trust most of what he says. I have also done his shortcut to shred program, and used it as a base for making my own program as well.
Great book for beginners, good descriptions of muscles groups and exercises to work the muscles. The Nutritional info is dated, e.g. many small meals and limiting protein per meal. But then look at the publication date. Also there is some direct conflict with Aurthur so I go with Jones when conflict arises.
