I have been reading this for school and so far it is more of an introductory course into program evaluation and what it encompasses. I am coming from a background of very limited knowledge for program assessments and evaluation so this book has been helpful. The terminology is easy to follow and can be in some sense rhetorical. However, being an introductory course this may be expected.
