This book is an easy read and can be used in a group setting as a mini retreat as well. I purchased another copy as a gift for a high school graduate. Really helps with understanding the mass as well. Just a lot of good information that is easy to use in every day spirituality.
I am a chaplain at a Catholic High School and we give this book to our youth to help them grow in a practical spiritual life. Every student who has read this book has loved it. I found it works with the students no matter their place on their spiritual journey. Kids who have never read a on prayer book will find it just as exciting as the one who has been in youth group for years. They honestly like the book so much that several of our kids don't put it down.Ages 13-19
